Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre, in Johore, Malaysia. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating office administration, managing front office staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Office Administration and Front Office roles
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Proficiency in using front office software and technology
  • Flexible and adaptable to various task demands
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications or a degree in Hospitality Management or related field
