Role Overview / 职位概述
We are hiring a Procurement / Purchasing Officer (采购专员) with strong sourcing experience—particularly in China and Southeast Asia—to support our fast-growing international business.
This is a remote, full-time role reporting to our sourcing lead in Malaysia.
Note: This position is open only to Chinese candidates residing in Malaysia who are fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. This is essential for communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities / 岗位职责
- Source and evaluate suppliers in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian countries
- Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and shipping terms (e.g., FOB, EXW, CIF)
- Issue and track purchase orders from multiple vendors
- Coordinate with internal logistics and U.S.-based warehouse teams for inventory and shipments
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports
- 开发并评估中国、越南、马来西亚等东南亚地区的供应商
- 与供应商建立良好关系,协商价格、最小订单量(MOQ)、交期和运输条款(如FOB、EXW、CIF等)
- 管理采购订单并跟进订单执行情况

- 准确维护采购记录并撰写成本与采购报告
Requirements / 任职要求
- Must be of Chinese descent and currently residing in Malaysia
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement or international/regional sourcing
- Familiar with sourcing in China and Southeast Asia
- Knowledge of international trade terms: FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and supplier management skills
- Must have your own computer and a stable internet connection
- Able to work full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MYT
