We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work progress runs smoothly, safely, and according to schedule and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities and workforce.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure work quality meets standards.
  • Ensure site safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
  • Prepare daily site reports, attendance, and material usage.
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Verify drawings and ensure work follows construction plans.
  • Assist in problem-solving on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience (building/construction).
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) is an advantage.
  • Possess good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working days : 5.5 days ( Saturday halfday )

Salary: Based on experience and qualification.
