Job Description (Tanggungjawab Pekerjaan):

  • Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang terbaik serta menjawab sebarang pertanyaan dan aduan.
  • Memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk serta item promosi kepada pelanggan.
  • Mengurus inventori stok (pesanan, penerimaan, pemantauan) dan pengurusan stok.
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan tempat kerja mengikut prosedur, peraturan dan garis panduan yang ditetapkan.
  • Memeriksa stok di peti sejuk beku, chiller paparan, dan chiller perkhidmatan yang ditetapkan.
  • Memastikan susun atur paparan produk mengikut Planogram yang ditetapkan oleh Pengurusan.
  • Memeriksa suhu peti sejuk beku, chiller paparan dan chiller stor.
  • Memeriksa stok semasa dan stok sedia ada serta menjalankan penambahan stok jika perlu.
  • Merekod dan melaporkan segera sebarang kerosakan / kerosakan peralatan yang memerlukan perhatian segera (contoh: kerosakan freezer/chiller, kerosakan mesin, kehilangan dan kerosakan peralatan kerja).
  • Butcher: Memastikan semua daging dipotong/dihiris/dibuang lemak mengikut standard potongan runcit.
  • Cashier: Mengurus semua transaksi tunai dan kad kredit serta membantu pelanggan membuat pembayaran.
  • Cashier: Memeriksa bil harian outlet.
  • Cashier: Memantau aliran tunai, memastikan wang kecil mencukupi, menjaga ketepatan tunai di kaunter mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan, bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kekurangan, serta menyimpan rekod operasi dengan baik.
  • Melaksanakan apa-apa tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.

Job Requirement (Keperluan Pekerjaan):

  • Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
  • Sanggup bekerja di Ipoh outlet
  • Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Pembantu Runcit.
  • Jujur, bertanggungjawab dan mempunyai sikap yang baik.
  • Tuntutan perubatan disediakan.
  • Cuti tahunan dan cuti sakit mengikut Akta Kerja yang berkuat kuasa.
  • Sanggup bekerja pada hari cuti umum, hujung minggu & kerja lebih masa (OT).
  • Keutamaan diberikan kepada calon yang boleh mula bekerja dengan segera.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
