Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

• Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure optimal performance

• Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management

• Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages professionally

• Support budgeting and basic bookkeeping procedures

• Maintain and update accurate records and databases (personnel, financial, and other relevant data)

• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

• Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned

• Provide administrative support to colleagues whenever required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 credits in SPM, STPM, or Diploma/Degree in a related field

• Proficient in English and Malay; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage

• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Willing to learn, proactive, and outgoing personality

• Must possess own transportation
