Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Manager at The Danna Langkawi in Langkawi. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing inventory, and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize revenue. The role includes conducting competitive analysis, forecasting demand, and identifying key opportunities for revenue growth. The Revenue Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with sales and marketing strategies and maintain an efficient booking process to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills in revenue management, market analysis, and demand forecasting
  • Experience in developing pricing strategies, inventory management, and revenue optimization
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems, booking platforms, and Excel or other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across departments
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry is an advantage
  • Ability to provide creative problem solving and adapt to market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
