To enhance our successful Quality Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate

• Manage/Coordinate all materials suppliers quality topics (exclude equipment suppliers) that support the operations within AT&S KULIM.
• Ensure all process well implemented according to procedure.
• Work with Purchasing/commodity team for supplier sourcing, selection, rating; To ensure healthy and safe supply chain
• Supply chain risk assessment; To ensure healthy and safe supply chain
• Leading function of supplier audit, qualification (system part) and performance monitoring, periodic reporting related status(SAP, Lotus Notes database, IQS…); To ensure supplier quality performance can meet production and customer requirement.
• Be as communication channel or contact window between the suppliers and the relevant internal and external customers towards the resolution of any reported queries, issues and concerns; To ensure the smoothly communication between internal and supplier for the related quality and technology issues
• System development and CIP for supplier related topics (e.g.: off spec review flow, goods receiving, supplier claim…); To improve supplier quality level, reduce the cost and develop the supplier to a desired quality and technology standard to fit the company roadmap. Continuous improve quality management system.
• Initiate appropriate continual improvement programs with the selected suppliers for the purpose of improving the quality level, reducing the cost and developing the supplier to a desired standard; To improve supplier quality level, reduce the cost and develop the supplier to a desired quality and technology standard to fit the company roadmap. • Release qualified material/product via the Lotus-Notes database; To make sure material status for HVM quality level.
• Monitor and report the supplier quality performance indicators; To make sure AVL supplier quality performance can meet long team quality requirement, excursion free.
• Supplier development programs and report its progress; To make sure continuous supplier chain development and improvement.
• Set priorities and assure execution of commitments; To make sure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Provide training of people and suppliers; To make sure department healthy operation and smooth communication.
• Support the maintenance of IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, QC080000 and PPAP if need; To ensure internal audit meet system requirement and internal PPAP project requirement.
• Other Job assignment from superior; To achieve the setting target

• Possess bachelor degree/master degree in engineering or Sciences field or equivalent
• Have broad experiences in various quality standards and other international management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO/IATF16949
• 6 years of experience in/as Quality engineer/Supplier quality engineer/supplier chain management related position.
• Have exposure in various automotive core tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA,FMEA and SPC
• Have strong analytical and social skills
• Able to represent the company to the respective external organizations with good presentation skills
• Good knowledge in statistical and quality tools
• Strong applications in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
• High willingness to travel (worldwide)
• Ability to work under pressure
