DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of semiconductor manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, production and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • stakeholder communication: Serve as the primary point of contract for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, progress and timely escalation of critical topics.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of product quality and safety.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-departmental teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
  • Supplier & Partner Management: Coordinate with suppliers and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.
  • KPI Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, schedule, and quality. create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

REQUIREMENT & COMPETENCIES:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-tech industry with high volume manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to read and interpret customer drawings or engineering drawings.
  • PMP or similar project management certification would be a plus.
