Job Summary:

Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the associates and managing all food related functions.

Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation areas (e.g., banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria) and all support areas (e.g., dish room and purchasing).

Job Requirements & Descriptions:


•  Proven minimum 2-3 experience in a similar role or proven more than 5 years   experience in related field


•  Excellent organizational and problem-solving solving skills.


•  High level of creativity and unique flavors.


•  Excellent knowledge of HACCP, and HALAL regulations is required.
