Scope of Work – Building Technician (under JMB Apartment)

-Inspect and maintain common area facilities (lighting, plumbing, electrical, lift, pump, genset, etc.).

-Carry out minor repair and preventive maintenance work.

-Monitor water tanks, pumps, and electrical panels.

-Assist in handling water leaks, power trips, and equipment breakdowns.

-Supervise contractors during repair or service works.

-Record daily maintenance activities and report any issues to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,529.70 per month
