About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for AVERTON SDN. BHD. in the local market. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with excellent prospects for career development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Discovering new business prospects and scheduling appointments with interior designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners to expand the customer base and boost sales.
  2. Conducting on-site visits to clients' place, performing site measurements, and providing detailed quotations.
  3. Provide detailed information about our promoted products and services to all potential clients .
  4. Assist customers in identifying the appropriate products they are looking for and provide advice, guidance or solution on product selection to clients.
  5. Delivering excellent customer service with the aim of increasing the conversion rate of sales.
  6. Effectively following up on sales requests, quotations, and orders, while working on developing precise demand forecasts.
  7. Coordinating the in-house team for installation projects.
  8. Ensuring the punctual delivery of products and services for each client's project.
  9. Providing post-sales service and conducting follow-ups.
  10. Negotiating and closing deals, addressing complaints, and preserving customer satisfaction.
  11. Monitor and manage customer accounts to track payment timeline.
  12. Implement established company procedures for payment follow-ups
  13. Consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.

What we're looking for

  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in flooring, wall panelling, construction, or related industries.
  3. Minimum 1 years of experience in designer and contractor sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  5. Must be self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn, result oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  6. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  7. Proficiency in negotiation skills is required.
  8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  9. Possess own transport
