Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily plantation operations (planting, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting).
  • Lead and monitor field workers and mandors to ensure work quality and productivity.
  • Control cost, usage of materials, and submit daily or monthly reports.
  • Monitor crop health and take quick action on pest or field issues.
  • Maintain estate infrastructure compliance with MSPO standards.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.
  • Support MSPO/RSPO requirements and audit preparation.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in oil palm estate management (supervisory level or above).
  • Strong knowledge of oil palm agronomy, field upkeep, harvesting systems, and yield improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in rural estate environments.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, plantation record systems).
  • Possess valid driving license and willing to travel or stay on-site.
Additional Advantage
  • Familiar with MSPO/RSPO audit requirements.
  • Experience with estate budgeting, GPS mapping, or drone monitoring systems.
  • Multilingual ability (Bahasa Malaysia, English, and local dialects).
