Responsibilities:

  1. To create/ maintain schematic design for machines & equipment.
  2. To create electrical BOM (Bill of Material) & manage changes & revision.
  3. To ensure wiring standard is followed & electro-mechanical integration effectiveness of projects.
  4. To provide technical support & guidance for electrical/ control engineers & other non controls engineering team.
  5. To make sure that all documents are updated with document control department.
  6. To assist in creating machine operation manual.
  7. To prepare electrical spare part list for projects.
  8. To work with whole team to ensure the project progress is on time.
  9. And any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years' experience in equipment design, system automation industry.
  2. Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
  3. Strong work ethic, positive attitude & drive to succeed as part of a high functioning team.
  4. Ability to rapidly change roles/ responsibilties while working challenging work environment.
  5. Ability to independently drive project progress & manage multiple priorities.
  6. Fundamental understanding of engineering principles behind electronic equipment, instrumentation & commoly used industrial equipment for automation.
  7. Experience with working knowledge of electrical panel design compliance to UL, CE standard, EPlan Electric, Draftwight software.
  8. Demonstrated ability to design, implement & troubleshoot various electrical issues including for electro-mechanical systems.
  9. Available to work extended hours & weekends when needed, flexibility required.
  10. Ability to travel to overseas customer/ supplier site for various project task including in the stage of set up, acceptance activities.
