- Verifying credentials: Check and validate academic certificates, transcripts, English language results, and other supporting documents, including financial documentation where required.
- Supporting students and agents: Respond promptly and effectively to enquiries, guiding applicants through the process and providing a positive experience.
- Maintaining data integrity: Ensure accurate and consistent data management across multiple systems while upholding QA standards.
- Professional collaboration: Communicate with clients in a constructive, professional manner and comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Delivering efficiency: Ensure timely processing of applications, meeting agreed KPIs, while recording daily tasks and volumes accurately.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Work across multiple client systems, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency throughout.
- Any other duties that fall within the purpose and scope of the role.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing attention to detail with meaningful impact, delivering a high-quality admissions service that helps students take the next step in their academic journey.
Key skills and experience
We're looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail - accuracy matters in every application you assess.
- Has experience in international university admissions (highly preferred).
- Possesses a strong understanding of international qualifications for entry into UK or Australian universities.
- Can present documents clearly and professionally, ensuring information is accurate and complete.
- Is highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Brings strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to their work.
- Communicates effectively in written and spoken English, ensuring clarity with students, agents, and colleagues.
- Is committed to achieving team goals and contributing to overall success.
