  • Manage customer service/information counter

  • Attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries and feedback

  • Assist in the up keeping of the mall

  • Assist in the execution of mall's promotion and events

  • Assist in the sale and redemption of vouchers

-Conduct routine patrols throughout the shopping mall

  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent education in business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

  • Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.

  • Good literacy in using computer

  • Able to work with minimum supervision

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Able to work on 6 days in rotational shift, weekends & Public Holiday.

Working Place: Pearl Point Shopping Mall

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
