Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Perform journal entries and general ledger updates.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit SST/GST/tax fillings and statutory reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor expenses, cost control, and variance analysis.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes.
  • Manage petty cash and staff claims.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
  • Provide adhoc financial reports and support management decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Ability to handle confidential and delicate financial information with discretion.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Familiar with accounting software and MS Office applications.
