We are expanding our operations in Kuching, Sarawak, and we're looking for a skilled and dynamic BIM Manager to join our growing team.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee BIM (Building Information Modelling) execution and standards across railway projects.
  • Manage BIM strategy and ensure all project goals and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Produce and manage high-quality 3D models for design and construction.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless integration.
  • Review tender documents, design, and fabrication models for accuracy and constructability.
  • Use BIM tools for project sequencing, cost studies, and field coordination.
  • Conduct BIM training and knowledge-sharing sessions with project teams.
  • Ensure modelling quality control and compliance with all documentation requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in BIM-related work, or 10 years overall experience in railway/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
