Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:

You will report to the Logistics Manager.

Warehouse Management

· Receive, check, and store incoming goods.

· Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery or export.

· Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and safe.

· Conduct periodical quality check on the stored goods.

· Prepare warehouse running cost estimates for budgeting purposes.

Inventory Management

· Perform periodical stock count and maintain accurate inventory records.

· Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders or restocking requests.

· Update records using Excel and/or warehouse management software.

· Perform inventory analysis and procurement planning for budgeting purposes.

Procurement

· Find and vet reliable suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

· Ensure that products meet quality standard.

Customer Service and Shipping Coordinator

· Handle customers' orders, enquiries and communications.

· Prepare documentation for shipment (packing list, invoice, waybill, etc.)

· Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders or courier service providers when required.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience

· Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience

· Bachelor's degree in any other fields with at least 3 years of experience

· Diploma in any other fields with at least 4 years of experience

· SPM, STPM, Matriculation or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience

Skills:

· Basic computer literacy for using Microsoft Office products, however a more advance skills in Microsoft Excel is required for performing analysis.

· Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English language as you will be serving overseas customers.

· Understanding of inventory control and stock management.

· Ability to lift and carry items up to 16 kg.

· Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Personal Qualities:

· Physically fit and hardworking.

· Honest, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Willing to learn and adapt.

Working Hours:

· Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
