Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through online platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates according to job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across multiple channels.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires (documentation, orientation).
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fair events.
  • Handle other administrative or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to learn about recruitment.
