我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、细心且注重用户体验的 经理级 UI/UX 设计师,负责网页及移动端应用的界面设计与用户体验优化。候选人将参与从用户研究、线框图、原型制作到高保真设计的完整设计流程,并与产品、开发及运营团队紧密合作,确保设计方案符合用户需求和业务目标。

岗位职责:

  1. 主导产品整体用户体验设计工作,涵盖Web端、移动端及多平台界面设计,确保设计统一性与高品质输出。
  2. 深入理解业务目标与用户需求,独立完成信息架构、流程设计、交互原型及视觉方案的规划与落地。
  3. 负责制定并维护设计系统(Design System)与组件库,推动跨部门一致性与设计效率提升。
  4. 通过用户研究、可用性测试与数据分析,持续优化产品体验,提升用户转化率与满意度。
  5. 协同产品经理、开发团队及品牌部门,确保设计方案在技术与业务层面高效实现。
  6. 善用AIGC设计工具(如 Midjourney、Figma AI、Runway、ChatGPT 等)辅助创意思考、快速生成原型与内容。
  7. 指导初中级设计师开展工作,参与设计评审与团队知识分享,提升整体设计质量与创新力。
  8. 推动设计在产品策略中的价值体现,从体验角度提出可行性优化方案。

任职要求:

  1. 设计、计算机、交互或相关专业本科及以上学历,6-8年以上UI/UX设计经验(含独立项目经验)。
  2. 精通 Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects 等主流设计工具。
  3. 具备优秀的交互逻辑思维与视觉系统规划能力,熟悉人机交互(HCI)原则与可用性标准。
  4. 对 Design Thinking、用户旅程(User Journey)、信息架构(IA) 等有深入理解与实践经验。
  5. 熟悉 AIGC工具与Prompt设计思维,可高效将AI融入设计流程,提高创意与产出效率。
  6. 了解 前端开发逻辑(HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React 基础),能与工程团队高效沟通协作。
  7. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通、项目推进及团队指导能力,能承担从概念到交付的全流程责任。

  • 主导过大型产品或品牌的设计体系搭建
  • 具备AI生成设计、智能交互(如语音/UI自动化)相关项目经验
  • 熟悉数据可视化、动效设计(Motion Design)及品牌视觉系统
