RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Responsible for all inquiries from clients and potential clients.

  • Answer incoming inquiries and forwards appropriate information to Immediate Superior.

  • Receive ROT from clients.

  • Key in required information into the HMS System to generate CN (Consignment Note).

  • Ensure proper Invoices are recorded.

  • Provide necessary data to the operational personnel for preparation of various reports.

  • Prepare complete set documents to Billing division.

  • Any duties assign by Superior.

Requirement:

- Minimum SPM with 1-2 years working experience.

  • Well versed in using Microsoft Word & Excel.

  • Must be able to work as a team player and meet deadlines

  • Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
