PAYROLL MANAGEMENT


• Responsible and ensure accurate payroll processing.


• Manage commission schemes, overtime, and incentive structures.


• Regularly review sales and work performance (KPI's) and pay scales to remain competitive in the market.

STRATEGIC HR LEADERSHIP


• Develop HR strategies aligned with business needs.


• Advise management on manpower planning, labor costs, and retention strategies.


• Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain talents.


• Lead recruitment drives for all required positions.


• Implement career progression paths and leadership development programs.


• Promote a positive work culture focusing on teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.

DATA ANALYSIS

  • Use data analytics to track manpower costs, staff performance, and turnover rates.
  • Prepare various HR analysis reports and present to Management.

Ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • A degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Managerial role, preferably from retail industry.
  • Analytical, meticulous with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
