PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
• Responsible and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Manage commission schemes, overtime, and incentive structures.
• Regularly review sales and work performance (KPI's) and pay scales to remain competitive in the market.
STRATEGIC HR LEADERSHIP
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business needs.
• Advise management on manpower planning, labor costs, and retention strategies.
• Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain talents.
• Lead recruitment drives for all required positions.
• Implement career progression paths and leadership development programs.
• Promote a positive work culture focusing on teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
• Maintain proper HR records and documentation for audits.
• Implement HR policies tailored for commission-based workforce models.
DATA ANALYSIS
- Use data analytics to track manpower costs, staff performance, and turnover rates.
- Prepare various HR analysis reports and present to Management.
Ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- A degree holder.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Managerial role, preferably from retail industry.
- Analytical, meticulous with strong business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution.
- Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
