About the role

Just Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, using your expertise to assemble high-quality products that meet the exacting standards of our clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques and equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components
  2. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding
  3. Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to ensure optimal performance
  4. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  5. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  2. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  3. Skilled in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  6. Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations
