We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Plant Finance Manager to oversee and manage full-spectrum accounting and financial operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, analytical, and capable of driving financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to management.
  • Oversee cost control, fixed asset management, and asset capitalization processes.
  • Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and material usage.
  • Manage AP/AR/GL functions and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance with financial regulations.
  • Implement and optimize ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics).
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
  • Prepare tax submissions and liaise with authorities and external auditors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional qualification such as CPA/CA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or plant finance within a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Mandarin-speaking is an advantage (to liaise with China stakeholders).
  • Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
