Event Operations & Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing all banquet events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private events.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales, kitchen, and service teams to ensure all event details are aligned.
  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth execution.
Team Management
  • Supervise and guide banquet captains, servers, and support staff during events.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings to communicate event flow, customer expectations, and service standards.
  • Support staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower for each event.
  • Train staff on service standards, grooming, and banquet procedures.
Customer Service
  • Attend to guest needs and resolve issues promptly during events.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients before, during, and after events.
Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and linen requirements for banquets.
  • Assist in maintaining banquet spaces, equipment cleanliness, and operational readiness.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in banquet or event operations, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays (event-based).
