Description:

We are seeking an entry level or intermediate level Process Deployed Engineer with interest and familiarity with wastewater biological/water treatment design and mechanical design expertise to design municipal/industrial wastewater treatment plants & water treatment plant utilizing membrane technology. The selected candidate will also provide ongoing process engineering support for field operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide process design, process descriptions, mass and energy balances, process data sheets, equipment data sheets, and preliminary/final engineering designs.
  • Develop plant designs, process flow diagram, process & instrumentation diagram for proposals & projects for wastewater treatment plants & water treatment plants.
  • Review bid & prepare quotes, drawings, O&M cost, etc.
  • Prepare O&M manual, control philosophy, etc.
  • Participate in project kick off and design review meeting with the detailed design engineering and customers.
  • Perform commissioning duties on MBR & UF systems and prepare commissioning reports
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting complex wastewater & water processes.
  • Perform pilot studies and prepare pilot study report.
  • Participate in conferences and exhibitions.
  • Others as deemed necessary.

Position Requirements:

  • 0 - 3+ years' experience in water and wastewater treatment process design in municipal/industrial wastewater, MBR & UF design knowledge preferable.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or other related areas with an emphasis on Water, and Wastewater Treatment Processes.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel), and AutoCAD/Solid Works.
  • Willing to travel oversea and on technical support call outside normal office hours.
  • Field service experience and mechanically aptitude.
  • Strong analytical, communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Customer focus and result-oriented personality.
  • Committed team player.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
