ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President of IT to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the SVP of IT will play a pivotal role in driving the company's technology vision, overseeing the IT infrastructure, and leading digital transformation initiatives. This leader will manage a diverse team, ensuring the alignment of technology strategies with business objectives, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and services.
  • Drive digital transformation and ensure the seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the CIO to shape the company's IT strategy and roadmap.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of all technology systems.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to senior IT teams, ensuring high performance and development.

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
