About the role

Seeking a talented Bim Drafter to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in Bandar Putra Kulai Johor. As a Bim Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our full-time, on-site position, contributing to the success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Producing high-quality BIM models and drawings to support the design and construction process
  2. Collaborating with project teams to interpret design requirements and translate them into accurate BIM models
  3. Ensuring BIM models adhere to industry standards and client specifications
  4. Providing technical support and guidance to project stakeholders
  5. Participating in BIM coordination meetings and contributing to the overall BIM strategy
  6. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Bim Drafter or similar role, preferably within the construction industry
  2. Strong proficiency in using BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit
  3. Excellent understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and industry standards
  4. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
