Requirements:

  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Passionate in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in managing ads on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Expertise in Facebook marketing with a deep understanding of audience segmentation, ad formats, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, with experience managing VSA (Video Shopping Ads), PSA (Product Sales Ads), and LSA (Live Shopping Ads).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to draw actionable insights from ad performance data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive advertising campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Facebook & TikTok marketing, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and utilize TikTok Ads Manager with proficiency in VSA, PSA, and LSA.
  • Analyze ad performance data across all platforms, providing insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Track, report, and optimize key performance indicators to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
