About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator (Office Administration) to join our team at Silver Express Creation MY Limited, based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the financial business system, ensuring the stable operation of the business and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency;
  • Respond to and handle customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing professional and efficient customer service, and maintaining good customer relations;
  • Monitor daily business data, perform data statistics, organization, and analysis, and regularly submit operational reports;
  • Assist the team in completing business support work, including but not to system testing, external communication, etc.;
  • Cooperate with the team to complete temporary tasks during peak periods or when needed by the project (may involve occasional overtime.

Requirements
  • Associate degree or above, with a major in finance, economics, marketing, business management, etc. preferred;
  • More than 1 of operational or customer service experience, with a background in the financial industry is a plus, outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome;
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability capable of independently handling urgent matters;
  • Excellent communication skills and service consciousness, able to coordinate internal and external demands efficiently;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PPT), with basic Photoshop skills preferred;
  • Able to process and analyze data, and use Excel or related tools for data statistics and visual presentation;
  • Good English and listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (need to handle bilingual business communication and documents);
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and be able to flex respond to temporary task arrangements.
