GENERAL MISSION

The Cluster Operation Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of short-term rental properties listed on and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience and that the properties are maintained to the highest standards. The manager will handle everything from guest communication, booking management, and cleaning coordination to property maintenance and ensuring compliance with Airbnb policies and local regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
  • Support and work with all heads of Departments in all aspects of running the Unit.
  • Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per the unit category to receive & serve the guests.
  • Conduct regular operations team meetings with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest /company feedback and action taken for service recovery, and any staff issues.
  • Oversee the safety of the building and grounds, ensuring compliance with local fire, safety, and building codes.
  • Manage the implementation of property access control.
  • Inspect all departments for SOP implementation.
  • Monitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
  • Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
  • Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.
  • Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with the development.
  • Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
  • Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of property management or hospitality experience, preferably with short-term rental properties.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Previous experience in a vacation rental, hotel, or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
  • Workplace at Melaka
  • Willing to work on Weekends, Overtime and during Public Holidays
