  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of steaks, sauces, sides, and other menu items according to the steakhouse's recipes and standards.
  • Prepare and portion meat cuts, ensuring proper handling, marinating, and storage to maintain quality and hygiene.
  • Support the Chef de Partie with grilling, searing, and plating dishes during service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Prepare garnishes, vegetables, and accompaniments essential to steak dishes.
  • Monitor and rotate stock to ensure freshness of ingredients, especially meats and perishables.
  • Follow all health and safety standards, including safe handling and storage of raw meats.
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely and flawless dish delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
