Job Title: Business Process and Internal Control Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Position Overview

This role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of company processes, including process and policy development, framework planning, operational optimization, and digital implementation. Through systematic construction, process reengineering and optimization, and digital execution, the role aims to enhance operational efficiency and quality, reduce operational costs, and support business development.


Key Responsibilities

1. Process System Construction and Standards Development

Assist in building and refining the company's process management system by formulating policies, regulations, and standards to ensure effective execution of process management activities.

2. Business Process Mapping and Framework Design

Organize and document core business processes, create process maps, define boundaries, key nodes, and interface relationships, and provide a clear operational framework for the company.

3. Process Monitoring, Evaluation, and Optimization

  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing processes, collecting feedback and identifying issues during execution.
  • Apply methodologies such as business process reengineering (BPR) and lean management to improve process efficiency, quality, and reduce operational costs.

4. Cross-Departmental Process Coordination

Drive the optimization and coordination of cross-functional processes, resolve interdepartmental conflicts, facilitate information sharing and smooth business flows, and improve overall operational efficiency.

5. Process Optimization Project Management

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing process optimization projects. Define project goals, tasks, timelines, and responsible parties to ensure on-schedule delivery.
  • Support comprehensive monitoring and management of process projects. Address issues and risks in a timely manner and provide regular progress updates.
  • Organize project evaluations and results validation. Summarize lessons learned and ensure successful implementation of project outcomes.

6. Process Training and Communication Support

  • Develop and implement training plans to promote awareness and understanding of process management concepts, methodologies, and operational standards.
  • Maintain close communication with departments to understand business needs and process performance, offering guidance and support on process-related matters.
  • Collect and consolidate employee feedback and suggestions to facilitate continuous process improvement.

7. Process Supervision and Audit

  • Establish a supervision mechanism to regularly inspect and ensure compliance and effectiveness in process execution.
  • Conduct process audits to verify the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of processes, identify issues and vulnerabilities, propose improvements, and track remediation progress.

Requirements

1. Education & Major

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in management, information technology, or related fields are preferred.

2. Work Experience & Business Acumen

At least 5 years of experience in process management. Proven experience in process optimization projects within the finance or tax sectors is preferred. Familiarity with corporate business processes and management systems is essential. Experience leading or participating in large-scale process transformation projects is a plus.

3. Professional Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in process management theories and methodologies. Skilled in process design, optimization, and evaluation tools such as BPMN and Visio.
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles and hands-on experience in leading process-related projects.

4. Personal Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a team-oriented mindset; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; capable of quickly identifying process issues and risks and proposing viable solutions.
  • Continuous learner with an innovative mindset; capable of adapting and applying new process management concepts and techniques.
