Group Reporting and Consolidation

  • Prepare and facilitate timely closing of the Group's consolidated financial results.
  • Maintain permanent and intercompany elimination entries for the Group.
  • Oversee general ledger maintenance in the Group's accounting systems.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare the Group's consolidated reporting package.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the Group's annual report.
  • Partner with local and foreign subsidiary finance teams on monthly financial close activities.
  • Support the acquisition and integration of newly acquired entities within the Group.
  • Facilitate the external audit of the Group during the audit period.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain Operational Authority and Approval Limits.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and other ad-hoc projects as required.
