Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive Takaful located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their financial and protection needs, and providing tailored Takaful solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, acquiring new clients, and maintaining excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of financial products, Takaful, or insurance will be an advantage
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
  • Collaborative teamwork skills and adaptability in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
