Responsibilities:

  • Processes Company's payroll every pay period.
  • Maintained payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Maintained and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
  • Prepare monthly report (KPI/Summary Report/Special & Target Report) for management review & actions)
  • Responsible for the HR day to day operation, compensation & benefits, administration & leave management.
  • Monitor & upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated & document accurately.
  • Issuing letter of offer/employment/increment/confirmation to the selected candidate & others letters & correspondence.
  • Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
  • Arranging interview & coordinating with the concerned person.
  • To coordinate, monitor and renew foreign workers' work permit & passport timely and accurately.
  • Managing ePLKS,Fomema & other foreign worker related systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder & above.
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Human Resource
