Gaji Asas: RM3,000 – RM3,600

Tanggungjawab Kerja :

Kami sedang mencari seorang Restaurant Supervisor yang berdedikasi untuk menyokong operasi harian restoran dan memastikan tahap kualiti perkhidmatan, kebersihan, serta prestasi pasukan sentiasa berada pada tahap terbaik.

Tugas utama termasuk :

  • Membantu memantau operasi harian restoran merangkumi kualiti servis, pengurusan staf, kawalan stok dan kebersihan.
  • Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan melalui layanan yang cepat dan profesional.
  • Menyokong proses pengambilan staf baru, orientasi dan latihan di tempat kerja.
  • Memantau aras inventori, penyediaan pesanan, penerimaan stok serta penyimpanan rekod yang betul.
  • Menyediakan jadual kerja staf dan memberi bimbingan prestasi apabila diperlukan.
  • Mengurus pertanyaan pelanggan dan isu operasi dengan baik.
  • Memastikan pematuhan kepada SOP syarikat, standard kebersihan dan keselamatan di tempat kerja.
  • Membantu mencapai sasaran jualan dan objektif operasi.
  • Melaksanakan tugasan pentadbiran dan tugas lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang berkaitan ATAU sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman dalam penyeliaan F&B/restoran.
  • Faham tentang operasi harian restoran dan koordinasi pasukan.
  • Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran merancang, mengurus dan menyelesaikan masalah.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,600.00 per month
