Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Work Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary Package: Up to RM 9,000 + OT + Meal + 13th month

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance.
  • Manage inventory and assets, including cost calculation and analysis.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial strategies and budgets.
  • Oversee the full accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) cycle, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure AR/AP processes are accurate and support effective cash flow management and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in plastics or die-casting.
  • Familiarity with e-invoicing is advantageous.
  • Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month
