Support Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer (IT Services) to join our IT team in Kuala Lumpur.
This role focuses on system and network support, infrastructure administration, and global user management within a fast-paced logistics and technology environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with solid technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintaining IT performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform support and administration duties for IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and ticketing tools.
- Monitor system health, network performance, and security controls to ensure stability and compliance.
- Conduct problem diagnostics and resolve issues using advanced troubleshooting methods.
- Perform regular Windows patching and updates for servers and workstations.
- Support user account and mailbox administration across global and regional offices.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software for APAC operations.
- Assist in IT procurement processes when required.
- Knowledge of Golden Image and patching tools (SCCM) is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
- Windows OS, MS Office, O365 Administration, Antivirus Tools, and Network Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with patching tools (e.g., SCCM) and logistics applications is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently under pressure.
