Personal Assistant to Deputy CEO

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Deputy CEO, managing daily schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the Deputy CEO.
- Arrange and manage travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient travel logistics.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings and strategic discussions.
- Act as a liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Organize, schedule, and follow up on meetings, including board meetings, management discussions, and client appointments.
- Conduct research and gather information for decision-making or reporting.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the Deputy CEO's needs and proactively manage tasks to optimize time and productivity.
- Support special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the Deputy CEO.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal/Secretary Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
