About the Role
We're looking for a creative and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
who knows how to attract top talent using
social media, storytelling, and digital marketing strategies
. You'll be part of our growing TA team — driving both mass hiring and corporate recruitment through engaging content, employer branding, and candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end hiring for both corporate and operations roles.
- Create and post engaging recruitment content on social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Assist in
employer branding campaigns
— videos, posters, and stories that showcase life at Daythree. - Drive
university engagement initiatives
– coordinate campus career fairs, internship drives, and student outreach programs. - Build and maintain relationships with universities, clubs, and career centers to grow our talent pipeline.
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring activities.
- Support the planning and execution of hiring events and digital campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Talent Acquisition
,
Recruitment Marketing
, or a related HR role. - Familiar with social media marketing, creative posting, and digital content trends.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Ability to speak Mandarin
will be an
added advantage
. - Basic design or video-editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Energetic, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for people, branding, and engagement.
