About the role

ONG&ONG 360 Consultancy Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced BIM / Digital Technology Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital transformation and adoption of cutting-edge building information modelling (BIM) technologies.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the implementation and integration of BIM workflows across the organisation.
  • Provide technical support and training to project teams on the use of BIM software and tools
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to identify opportunities for BIM integration and process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's digital capabilities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our BIM expertise

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a BIM management or digital technology role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
  • Proficient in the use of leading BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, data management, and collaboration processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and propose practical solutions
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
