  • Assist and report to Project Manager and attend site meeting if necessary, in order to liaise effectively with all level management and consultants for smooth progress.
  • Monitor of site materials.
  • Prepare related document e.g. site daily report, weekly report, and timely work update to superior or management.
  • Ensure all documentation is in place, updated regularly and in systematic order (site records – the progress and delays, if any, manpower at the site, weather, condition, drawing received, instructions from superintendent officer, etc);
  • Perform site inspection with main-con.
  • Implement project quality plan.
  • To check quality of workmanship and architectural finishes.
  • To check the work progress at site in accordance with construction drawing and specifications.
  • Check material quality finishes.
  • Familiar with QLASSIC / CONQUAS knowledge.
  • Supervise site operation works, ensuring timely completion without compromising the quality of delivery, regulations and standards.
  • Check and ensure that the quality of works is carried out in accordance with the regulations, specifications and standards of local authority/contract;
  • To ensure that all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years of experience inspecting/supervising architectural works/finishes, with exposure in high rise projects being an added advantage.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control of high-rise developments. Knowledge of CONQUAS and Q-LASSIC criteria is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of building materials;
  • Ability to read construction drawings to carry out relevant inspections.
  • Ability to work well with others but can be independent in carrying out daily tasks.
