About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Agile / Project Manager
to oversee project execution, ensure timely delivery, and foster collaboration across teams. This role requires balancing multiple priorities, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and applying Agile principles to improve efficiency and results in projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as
    sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
    .
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Track progress against timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Promote best practices in Agile methodology and project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Document project deliverables, decisions, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Project Management, Business, IT, Engineering
    , or related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as
    Jira, Trello, Asana, or Confluence
    .
  • Must be
    legally eligible to work in Australia
    .

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Agile certifications (CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Experience in IT, software development, or digital projects.
  • Knowledge of risk management and change management practices.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
