Job description:

  • Match and process creditors invoices, payments and journal vouchers.
  • Reconcile creditors accounts, bank statements and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, reports and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in salary processing, petty cash claims and loan/HP payments arrangements.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
  • Support tax analysis, filing and audit procedures, including liaising with auditors and tax agents.
  • Participate in quarterly stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Assist Account Executive with financial tasks and perform ad-hoc assignments from management.

Requirements:

  • Final semester Diploma/Bachelor student in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
  • Minimum grade B in SPM English and Mathematics.
  • Able to self-arrange transportation and accommodation throughout the internship period.

  • Mandarin (Required)
