Job Description:

TGL Malaysia is looking for a Junior Import and Export Specialist to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with limited experience who are eager to learn and develop a career in international freight forwarding.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in shipping operations, customer support, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the door-to-door logistics process for assigned import and export shipments — from cargo pickup, export handling, international movement, import procedures, to final delivery — while ensuring timely execution, accuracy of documentation, and smooth communication with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading, with guidance if needed.
  • Liaise with carriers, agents, and vendors to ensure schedules and documentation are followed.
  • Assist with customs clearance processes and ensure all paperwork complies with local regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of shipments and related documentation.

Requirements:

· Fresh graduates or 0–1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.

· Basic understanding of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes is a plus.

· Good attention to detail, organized, and able to manage tasks efficiently.

· Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

· Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently under guidance.

· Fully on-site role – WFH is not available.

· Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

· Training will be fully provided.
