Job Description

  • To handle daily Account Receivable and Account Payable
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Verify and checking accuracy of accounting data and transactions
  • Take the initiative to understand local statutory and handle tax filing requirements.
  • Assist inventory and supply chain related
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A passion for taking on challenges.
  • Proactive, positive working attitude, work diligently, possess good communication, interpersonal skills, well organized and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently, fast paced environment and as a team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBook Software is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential. Training will be provided.
  • Familiar with MS Excel is a plus
