Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,500 per month (Negotiable, based on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can build complete systems from the ground up, including front-end, back-end, database, API integration, and deployment.

You will work closely with the management team to transform ideas into fully functional web applications. AI tools may assist your workflow, but the main execution relies on your technical ability and logical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Application Development

  • Develop back-end systems and admin dashboards (including API management pages)
  • Build front-end interfaces such as reports, charts, filters, and user login modules
  • Create and manage back-end APIs for data processing, user management, and access control
  • Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, CRM systems, BI data sources)

Database & Data Processing

  • Design and maintain PostgreSQL database structures (e.g., User, Record tables)
  • Optimize data queries, indexing, and database performance
  • Handle ETL processes for data import, cleaning, and aggregation

Deployment & System Maintenance

  • Deploy applications on Ubuntu servers using Docker, Nginx, and PM2
  • Configure basic firewalls, SSL certificates, and security hardening
  • Manage version control (GitHub / GitLab) and perform regular system updates

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Evaluate project requirements and provide clear development timelines
  • Deliver complete, production-ready systems independently
  • Troubleshoot and debug efficiently when issues arise
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in or PHP (must know at least one backend language)
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and RESTful API development
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (React / Vue / Angular preferred)
  • Familiar with Docker / Nginx / PM2 for server deployment
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English
  • Capable of working independently from requirement to deployment without supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

主要职责:

Web 应用开发(Web Application Development)

  • 开发后台系统(Dashboard + API 管理页)
  • 编写前端界面(报表、图表、筛选器、登录注册等)
  • 编写后端 API(数据查询、逻辑处理、用户管理、权限控制)
  • 整合第三方 API(支付、CRM、BI 数据源等)

数据库与数据处理(Database & Data Processing)

  • 建立与维护 PostgreSQL 数据库结构(User、Record 等)
  • 优化查询速度、索引与视图性能
  • 处理 ETL 数据导入、清洗与聚合逻辑

部署与系统维护(Deployment & Maintenance)

  • 负责服务器部署(Ubuntu / Docker / Nginx / PM2)
  • 配置防火墙、SSL、安全加固
  • 使用 GitHub / GitLab 进行版本管理与系统更新

协作与交付(Collaboration & Delivery)

  • 接收需求,评估开发周期并提供进度方案
  • 能独立完成开发与部署,不依赖外包或他人指令
  • 遇到问题能独立 Debug 并提出解决方案
任职要求:
  • 熟悉 或 PHP(至少掌握其中一种后端语言)
  • 熟悉 PostgreSQL 与 RESTful API 开发
  • 有前端框架经验(React / Vue / Angular 优先)
  • 熟悉 Docker / Nginx / PM2 部署流程
  • 中文可沟通,能阅读英文技术文档(最重要)
  • 能独立从需求到上线全程开发
  • 具备良好的问题解决与逻辑思维能力
