  • Manage, maintain, and continually improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001/ISO14001, and customer requirements.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, manage external and customer audits, and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Oversee document control, calibration, and quality record management.
  • Ensure that all production outputs (tooling, stamping, assemblies) comply with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
  • Lead incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control activities.
  • Establish, review, and improve quality control procedures, sampling plans, and inspection criteria.
  • Ensure all new product launches meet quality requirements through effective PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and MSA processes.
  • Manage and verify supplier quality performance through audits, incoming inspections, and improvement programs.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer quality issues and audits.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D reports) for customer complaints and internal non-conformances.
  • Drive continuous communication and partnership with customers to enhance satisfaction and confidence.
  • Set measurable objectives for the department aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee quality performance metrics (e.g., defect rates, scrap, first pass yield, customer returns) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop succession planning and ensure consistent performance standards within the team.
