A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and information.

Our ideal candidate for the job shall be a highly motivated, high achieving, winner mindset, ambitious and energetic candidate for the position.

  • Allocate daily appointments for customers via calls, email, or online booking.
  • Communicate and confirm daily appointments with customers the day before the appointment date.
  • Upselling skill
  • Prepare repair order after contacting and confirming the appointment for the customers.
  • Attend and greet customers on arrival to service centre.
  • Perform inspection checklist with the customers during the vehicle acceptance.
  • Confirming the repair order with the customers concerns and ensure the repair order is explained to the customers by providing estimate repair cost.
  • Update the status of the vehicles to the customers on a timely manner.
  • Preparing of repair invoice for customers and the customers will be contacted for the vehicle collection.
  • Provide repair invoice to customers and explain on the job carried out on the vehicle.
  • Accountable to collect payment from the customers if any.
  • Submit daily warranty and service intake report
